Paul Shenton is co-founder and Managing Partner for Shenton Sakinofsky LLP.  Paul's practice is focused on Real Estate, Real Estate Litigation, Wills and Estates.  In addition, he also provides notary public services as required.
 

Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1996, Paul has practiced continually, opening his own firm in 2012.  Completing his articles at a Real Estate Litigation boutique in Markham, he pursued breach deals and mortgage enforcements as a specialty.  
 

Ingenious and amicable by nature, Paul always strives to achieve the most economical and fair resolution for all Real Estate business and related matters.  He continues to hold by the principal that clients are much better served by resolving issues rather than proceeding through the gauntlet of litigation. 
 

Graduating from the University of Toronto with an Honours Master's Degree in Historical Linguistics, he continued on to complete his Bachelor of Laws degree, also at the University of Toronto. A lover of languages Paul is completely fluent in; English, French, and Russian plus several other languages with a general degree of fluency.
 

Paul upbeat positive nature and dedication has earned the trust and respect of his clients.  He likes to help people, whether closing a home purchase, or exiting a real estate purchase on the best possible terms.  As for estate planning, he feels a true sense of duty to help clients prepare for their future and for their loved ones in the best manner possible.  Clients appreciate his pro-active, personal, and thoughtful approach.
 

Outside of his law practice, Paul is an avid runner competing in various amateur competitions around the GTA. He follows a keen interest in genealogy, including the modern field of genetic genealogy.  Although he no longer formally studies linguistics, he continues to read the literature as well as study languages on his own. Formerly a governmental observer for Canadem, an Ottawa based non-profit whose main purpose is to bolster peace, order, and good governance to civilian experts he currently sits as President of his condominium board.
