Julian Sakinofsky is co-founder and partner at Shenton Sakinofsky LLP. Julian has broad practice expertise in general litigation,  personal injury law, property law and real estate. He now devotes himself almost exclusively to real estate and property law. 
 

Julian graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 1994 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. He has practice experience with a variety of Toronto law firms and as  in-house counsel for a multinational insurance company and a major municipal transport company. Having begun his career in real estate he has now come full circle back to real estate, and is able to draw on his well-rounded legal experience for that specialty.
 

In the handling of his real estate files Julian is fully hands-on, personally attending carefully to every detail. He ensures that his clients are well prepared for their closings and that transactions are not rushed through at the last minute, unless unavoidable. His wide experience and special knowledge of the real estate field assures successful problem-solving of any difficulties that arise.
